Crops versus wild

This video describes a food chain that extends from consumers, producers, breeders and the wild crop relatives that breeders depend on for crop improvement. A group of scientists visits the environments in the Andes Mountains, where wild relatives of tomatoes are found. The group briefly discusses why variability and adaptation are important for both wild species and crops.
