Cured in place: Discovering the safety hazards of popular water pipe repair

New research is calling for immediate safeguards and study of cured-in-place pipe repair, or CIPP, a widely used method for repairing sewer, stormwater and drinking water pipes. Researchers want to understand the potential health and environmental concerns for workers and the public.
