Mantis Cam allows humans to see like sea creatures

National Science Foundation-funded researchers at the University of Illinois have developed Mantis Cam, a bio-inspired camera that mimics the eyes of the mantis shrimp. Mantis Cam enables researchers to see the same polarized light that sea creatures do.
